Density without walls
Each home steps back from the one below, so every roof becomes a terrace for the neighbour above. No two front doors face each other.
An external stair and garden street run through the middle of the scheme and double as its social space.
Affordable by construction
A repeated structural bay and a single window type kept costs within the cooperative’s budget without making the homes feel repetitive.
